School Goals

Allen Elementary School will have an overall gain of 4.35% of students meeting or exceeding standards on the 2007-2008 Georgia CRCT.

All Limited English Proficient students will become proficient in English and reach high academic standards, at a minimum attaining proficiency or better in Reading, Language Arts, and Mathematics with a 10% gain in ELL students meeting and exceeding standards each year.

Allen Elementary School will decrease the number of students missing fifteen or more days of school and decrease the number of students tardy to school by 10%.

Teachers will hold a minimum of two mandatory conferences with parents of every child each year.

Reduce the number of chronic discipline disruptions to instruction.

Allen Elementary School will hire, develop, and maintain Highly Qualified teachers and paraprofessionals.
